Each year our charity needs to raise over £250,000 to maintain our vital service. We rely on fundraising events to help us fund our work in supporting disabled people to live richer, more active lives.
Now in its second year, Parallel London - the world's first fully accessible and inclusive mass participation push/run event - returns to the Queen Elizabeth Park , Stratford on Sunday 3rd September 2017 and we’re excited to say Ability Bow have spaces for you to join in !
Parallel London is a disability lead track event and open to all ages and abilities - this means that everybody can take part! This is not a race, so it's up to you how much you want to push yourself.
There are five distances to choose from: 10km, 5km, 1km, Super Sensory 1km or 100m. Registration is just £10. These challenges are totally accessible and disabled participants can take one buddy to accompany them around the course - for free. We ask that you raise a minimum of £100 for AB. Talk to us if you’re interested!
