In addition to our many classes, we are now running a very busy and enjoyable exercise group for people with visual impairments on Wednesdays mornings here at the gym. Its really lively and a great social experience. Perhaps you know somebody who would benefit from this?

Ability Bow joined forces with the 5k Big Fun Run on Saturday 25th October. We were raising money to keep our valuable one-to-one gym sessions going. Many signed up to support us taking part by running, jogging, walking or using a wheelchair.

We had a fun Saturday on the 13th September joining the St Paul’s Old Ford Choir for their scratch choir event. The evening saw Ability Bow and the church team up to deliver an evening of fundraising and performance. If the opportunity arises again we can’t recommend enough that you join them for workshops ! Hannah is a wonderful Music Director. £140 was raised and it was great to see old and new faces. Thanks to all who contributed with the bake sale and volunteering and even singing!
