What Progress Looks Like

Progress is different for everyone. Our support can help people to build strength and mobility, improve confidence, manage their health, maintain independence and make physical activity a regular part of their lives.

For some people, progress means exercising more independently. For others with complex needs, continuing to exercise safely with specialist support is an important achievement in itself.

“I genuinely don’t know where I’d be without this gym. It’s the one place I can go that understands my needs and doesn’t forget me.”

A Client Case Study:

More Than Exercise:
Being active can bring benefits far beyond physical fitness.
Regular exercise can help people feel more confident, connected and in control of their health. For people who have experienced disability, poor health or isolation, simply having somewhere they can exercise safely and feel understood can make a significant difference.

Extending Our Impact
Alongside our specialist service in Bow, we work with health services, community organisations and local partners to help more disabled people and people with long-term health conditions become active.
