A spectacular 13.1-mile course

The Big Half offers a spectacular 13.1-mile route through four London boroughs: Southwark, Lewisham, Tower Hamlets and Greenwich.

With a vibrant festival atmosphere throughout the course, runners start near Tower Bridge and finish beside the iconic Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

The next event takes place on Sunday 6 September 2026.

All we ask is that you aim to raise at least £320 in sponsorship, helping people with disabilities and complex health conditions stay active, fitter and stronger for longer.
