I would like to participate in The Big Half for Ability Bow and pledge to raise a minimum of £150 which will be paid to Ability Bow no later than 6 weeks after the event has taken place. If I am not able to fundraise the minimum amount I understand that I am to cover the outstanding amount myself.

I understand that the registration fee of £25 is a non-refundable fee on confirmation of my place. I hereby confirm that I am 18 years or over and acknowledge that I am taking part in the event at my own risk. I therefore do not hold Ability Bow responsible for any injury or loss that might occur as result of my participation.

By agreeing to this declaration I agree to the terms and conditions of the event organisers. Ability Bow reserves the right to use any images taken on the day for promotion. By submitting this form I agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
