Helping you to exercise at home with our support - via livestreamed classes and one-to-ones
During the pandemic we have developed a range of support to help people with health problems and disabilities to keep active at home. We currently provide online one-to-one sessions via livestreamed video call, and you can also access our range of recorded instruction videos here on our website.
You can join our online exercise programme by contacting us to enquire about spaces on our livestreamed sessions, or by exercising to our recorded videos. We are offering all new members a 4-week FREE programme of online exercise support with one of our Advanced Instructors - contact us to find out more.
Introduction to exercising at home
We know how important it is for all of us to be physically active, especially during challenging times. We have put together these informative exercise resources to be freely available to everyone. If you’re exercising for the first time, or for the first time in a while do take it easy, and if you experience any pain or dizziness stop and rest. These chair-based exercises are gentle and can be done at home. We hope these will be ideal for anyone unable to attend the gym or who is socially isolating during COVID-19.
