Introduction to exercising at home
We know how important it is for all of us to be physically active, especially during challenging times. We have put together these informative exercise resources to be freely available to everyone. If you’re exercising for the first time, or for the first time in a while do take it easy, and if you experience any pain or dizziness stop and rest. These chair-based exercises are gentle and can be done at home. We hope these will be ideal for anyone unable to attend the gym or who is socially isolating during COVID-19.
